Returns or exchanges are ONLY excepted within 14 days of the original receipt date
You may not return or exchange Sale items
Shipping and Handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
Shoes must returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused
All Sale items are final
How Do I Make a Return?
Step One:
Please refer to our return policy to ensure your return meets the criteria stated.
Step Two:
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the customers expense. Send the Returned item back to the store and we will promptly process your return.
As soon as your returned is received, we will process it promptly and your account will be refunded. This usually takes 3-5 days after item is in our possession.
How do I Make an Exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item.
Return Shipping on all Exchange items are FREE!
Step One:
To ensure your item is not sold out, please call us ASAP (601-579-6644 Monday-Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. CST) to have your items held until we receive your exchange in the mail.
Step Two:
In order to make an exchange please call the store during operating hours 601-579-6644 Monday-Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. CST or under the Contact Us page there is a Questions or Comments section. The information needed would be name, order number, and the item you are wanting to exchange.
Step Three:
Send the Exchanged item back to the store and we will promptly process your exchange. We will ship the exchange for FREE!
TERMS OF USE
Fetiche Boutique can cancel orders and refund customers money because of pricing errors, stock errors, or any other reasons. All disputes will be handled pursuant to the laws of Mississippi and other general protections.
SHIPPING
Processing times for shipments can be 1-3 days. Shipping time is 3-5 days within the US. All orders are based off weight class and you can select which shipping method is best for you at checkout.
