Returns or exchanges are ONLY excepted within 14 days of the original receipt date

You may not return or exchange Sale items

Shipping and Handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Shoes must returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused

All Sale items are final

How Do I Make a Return?

Step One:
Please refer to our return policy to ensure your return meets the criteria stated.

Step Two:
In order to make  a return please call the store during operating hours 601-579-6355 Monday-Saturday 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. CST or under the Contact Us page there is a Questions or Comments section. Make sure you include all the information about the item you are returning (item number, size, color, etc). We will need all your contact information as well. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the customers expense.

As soon as your returned is received, we will process it promptly and your account will be refunded.

How do I Make an Exchange?

You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item.
Return Shipping on all Exchange items are FREE!

Step One:
To ensure your item is not sold out, please call us ASAP (601-579-6644 Monday-Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. CST) to have your items held until we receive your exchange in the mail.

Step Two:

Step Three:
Send the Exchanged item back to the store and we will promptly process your exchange. We will ship the exchange for FREE!

TERMS OF USE

Fetiche Boutique can cancel orders and refund customers money because of pricing errors, stock errors, or any other reasons. All disputes will be handled pursuant to the laws of Mississippi and other general protections.
